The Global L&D Leader will be responsible to design RateGain’s Global Learning & Development architecture starting from change management to strategy deployment to program execution to marketing to adoption ROI, which would include but not limited to, developing and implementing learning strategies and programs, designing e-learning courses, career plans, conducting workshops, maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants, and much more.
You will be responsible to:
1. Lead the global L&D program, including the on-boarding, self-directed learning, leadership development, succession planning, career progression and coaching, e-learning content etc
2. Work with global & functional stakeholders to develop and execute a learning culture through an aligned L&D vision for RateGain.
3. Assess new training development needs across the organization. In addition, support the development, re-design and implementation of existing and new training materials.
4. Drive excellence in onboarding, continually looking to support regional/global new hires and managers and ensure the onboarding experience is equitable and scalable globally, protecting our talent investment and retention strategies
5. Design and promote e-learning strategy/LMS in the system
6. Promote and drive the culture of “Learning on the Go” while encouraging the utilization of LearnGain, our e-learning platform.
7. Responsible for updating training roadmap and ensuring execution against training priorities
8. Continuously evaluate current training curriculums (through surveys, observation and internal/external feedback) and recommend necessary changes/adjustments
9. Advocacy of wider learning across content, promoting the sharing of knowledge and learning across the organization (e.g. through brown bag sessions and monthly TalksAtRateGain)
10. Measures, monitors and analyzes L&D progress through metrics dashboard and regularly reports to management teams
11. Help CHRO to drive and execute organization-wide change management & OD initiatives.
2. Represent L&D function in various internal forums.

An excellent understanding of L&D best practices with a Global exposure Excellent track record of implementing projects like; Talent development, Succession Planning, OD, Training & Leadership Development, content creation, etc.
