Requirements 

3+ years’ experience in (online) performance marketing or paid social marketing
Very good coordination & organizational skills
High level of willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to take ownership of an own customer portfolio, while at the same time being a strong team player
Initiative & eagerness to create
Very good English knowledge, written & spoken + additional market specific language

Responsibilities

Aware of how to develop online marketing campaigns for price comparison sites like Trivago, TripAdvisor, and Google Hotel Ads along with Social media Platforms

Monitoring the performance campaigns and share relevant insights internally and with clients as well to define next course of action.

Bridge the process gaps between Customer Success team and support/implementation team ensuring no blind spots.

Develop and execute cross-sell and upsell campaigns that align with customer needs and company goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, product marketing) to create compelling content and campaigns.

Onboarding new individual hotels and hotel chains as clients.

Strategically and managerially developing the company's hotel portfolio
