About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager with a strong background in conversion optimization to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager specializing in conversion optimization for the Internet Booking Engine Product under UNO, you will be responsible for driving conversion improvements through continuous experimentation and data analysis. You will be leveraging AI and the power of personalization to demonstrate a higher conversion rate on the hotel's booking engine. You have a strong background in AB testing to show statistically significant improvements in conversion based on product changes.

Your ultimate goal will be to enhance revenue growth and demonstrate that our checkout process outperforms competitors.

Job responsibility

- Build and maintain strong client relationships as their primary point of contact.

- Lead the optimization of the user journey and checkout experience to maximize conversion rates for the Internet Booking Engine product.

- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Collect and analyze conversion data using AI tools to generate actionable insights.

- Implement and manage continuous improvement processes based on experiment outcomes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, and marketers to ensure cohesive and effective optimization strategies.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion and revenue growth.

- Benchmark our conversion process against competitors and demonstrate our superior performance.

- Ensure the success of existing customers by enhancing their user journey and checkout experience

- Directly contribute to the increase in overall revenue through improved conversion rates.

- Improve the success rate of existing customers by enhancing their checkout experience.

- Build a culture of continuous research & improvement to get a competitive edge.

Education & Work Experience

- Tier 1 pedigree

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in, Computer Science, Engineering, or Management field

- 10+ years of Product Management experience within e-commerce or D2C checkout products.

- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and software development processes.

- Expertise in A/B testing and data analytics, with a focus on leveraging AI for decision-making.

Knowledge

- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, roadmap development, user-centric design.

- Familiarity with checkout page functionalities, web technologies, APIs, and other integrations, etc,

- Awareness of current trends, competitive landscape, emerging technologies in digital commerce.

- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles to ensure a seamless checkout experience.

- Ability to define product vision and requirement prioritization.

- Strong communication & analytical skills to drive successful project delivery, product performance.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams & using data insights to improve product features and, customer experience.
