Adara is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to join the Technical Services team. As a

Technical Services Engineer, you will own the design, implementation and delivery of

integration solutions enabling Adara to receive data from Adara’s data providers and consortium partners. In addition, you will be responsible for developing tools and dashboards to facilitate automation of repeatable work and data integrity.

Responsibilities:

●   Be part of the discovery process with customers, consortium partners and data providers to understand the customer specific requirements and propose solutions for optimal data exchange. Communication Skills
●   Develop sample applications considering customer’s specific requirements to demonstrate how data can be exchanged between Adara and customer’s platforms. Technical Skills
●   Support customers and data providers during the implementation phase by providing
guidance and consulting to customer technical resources to ensure successful solution
delivery. Technical Skills
●   Design, implement, validate and deploy Adara’s data ingestion pipelines to enable
scalable data exchange between Adara and its data providers. Technical Skills
●   Analyze the data sources and provide data insights on enhancements and optimizations to the product and engineering teams. Data Analytical Skills
●   Monitor and maintain the technology solutions to ensure inbound data integrity and quality.
●   Liaison with Adara’s partners’ technical and business teams to ensure proper
implementation and integration using Adara’s proprietary API or Web SDK
solutions. Communication Skills
●   Run periodic data audits to identify data integrity issues and facilitate coordination with
data partners to resolve them upstream.
●   Design, implement and deliver Adara’s Consortium solution to customers and data
partners.

Requirements:

●   5+ years of experience writing and deploying production code.
●   3+ years client-facing and customer service experience.
●   Data Analytical Skills (Data Profiling, Data Auditing, Run SQL Queries to perform audits)
●   Communication Skills (Strong ability to understand and translate customer needs into a solution design and implementation)
●   Experience with using REST APIs to build solutions. Good understanding of JSON.
●   Technical Skills (Proficient in Javascript such as Web SDK) and Intermediate SQL knowledge (Microsoft SQL Server/MySQL/BigQuery and Python for Batch File Uploads)
●   Proficient in cloud technologies such as Google Cloud, AWS or Azure (Google Cloud preferred) Run Queries - Database Tools (BigQuery). Storage Buckets for file upload (GCS Buckets AWS S3 Buckets)
●   Excellent written and oral communication skills.
