Adara is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to join the Technical Services team. As a
Technical Services Engineer, you will own the design, implementation and delivery of
integration solutions enabling Adara to receive data from Adara’s data providers and consortium partners. In addition, you will be responsible for developing tools and dashboards to facilitate automation of repeatable work and data integrity.


Responsibilities:


Onboarding Integrations

· Be part of the discovery process with customers, consortium partners and data providers to understand the customer specific requirements and propose solutions for optimal data exchange.

· Lead and assist new partner and client onboarding through Web SDK implementation, batch-file processing, and API integrations.

· Provide guidance and recommendations on website/tag management configurations to achieve client use case and business needs.

· Assist in onboarding new customers on Adara's Consortium and implementation of customer batch-file ingestion.


Post Deployment

· Work independently and/or collaboratively with internal teams as well as our clients to resolve client concerns, questions, and technical issues in a professional and timely manner related to our Web SDK, API, or legacy pixel integrations.

· Communicating and explaining technical concepts (limitations, requirements, functionality) to a wide range of audiences (both technical and marketing-focused).

· Continuously improving internal processes and technical troubleshooting reference materials in Confluence.

· Data auditing, analysis, and configuration for customers/partners.


Engineering and Cross-functional Collaboration

· Improve and maintain data collection web applications and APIs with support from Engineering

· Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology by collaborating with our Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.

· Communicate and collaborate across multiple cross-functional team members to support Adara’s Consortium customers.

· Drive and/or develop enhancements for automations for operational efficiencies and dashboards for monitoring.

· Develop sample applications considering customer’s specific requirements to demonstrate how data can be exchanged between Adara and customer’s platforms.


Skills Required:

· 5+ years of experience writing and deploying production code

· 3+ years of client-facing and customer service experience.

· Orientation to technology in general, excellent understanding of JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, JSON, and DOM manipulation, strong tag management skills, excellent understanding of cloud-based information systems.

· Preferably with experience coding (Python) or scripting with REST APIs.

· Experience with Web or App development and deployment.

· Experience with Google Big Query (or similar SQL environment) and creating data ingestion pipelines from multiple online and offline sources.

· Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills.

· Understanding of marketing technology (Martech) landscape a plus.

· Understanding of Tag Management platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium, etc. a plus

· Data Management and cross platform management skills a plus
