Purpose of the role:

The person will be responsible for acquiring Leadership talent at RateGain. As part of a global team of recruiters, the Associate Director - Talent Acquisition will support the continued development of innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies, hiring trends and recruiting processes for Leadership and niche hiring with specified TAT. Being a head-hunting specialist, an ideal candidate will be responsible to proactively build a network and strong connection in the industry to create a pool of niche talent and a strong hiring pipeline for future needs.


Responsibilities:

- Proficient in managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines; capable of prioritizing conflicting demands, organizing time and resources to consistently deliver robust results for the business, and successfully concluding assignments.

- Possess strong business acumen, showcasing the ability to establish priorities in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

- Exhibit a global perspective with sensitivity to international recruiting practices; culturally aware and adept at operating effectively across various geographic boundaries.

- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills; excel in interpersonal communication and presentation, effectively engaging with individuals both internal and external to the organization. Proven ability to communicate with customers/clients in a clear, focused, and concise manner.

- Proficient in problem-solving that transcends organizational and geographic boundaries; possess organizational savvy to understand business needs and structure.

- Pay meticulous attention to detail, maintain high organizational standards, and naturally build strong relationships.

Qualification Summary
Education: B.Tech/MBA from Tier 1 college
Experience: 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition for leadership and niche talent in a global environment.
