Role – Inside Sales 

Experience - 2-5 years

Responsibilities 

  • Work in tandem with the sales team to identify and reach out to potential OTA’s / Airlines to be added at the top of the funnel.
  • Engage with user groups within the OTA’s and Airlines to understand requirements and conduct demos
  • Assist with execution/preparation of trade shows and sales calls, outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Perform analysis of marketing and sales data, collect quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials - both on and offline
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest ensuring optimal coverage of all territories at all times.
  • Perform market analysis and research on prospecting new clients.
  • Enter contact information into contact management systems.
  • Database entry: maintain, improve and expand database of prospects. Establish, maintain and update files and records.
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM - Salesforce).
  • Efficiently and effectively handle a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Competencies

  • 2-4 Years of experience in Airlines / Hospitality/OTA/B2B space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior inter-personal, presentation and consultative selling skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Web and social media.
  • PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a bonus.
  • Hotel, hospitality, travel industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits.
  • Work in a dynamic environment in one of the fastest-growing industries
