The Marketing Designer will work with the Brand manager on:
Conceptualizing how the brand’s visual identity can be improved and made consistent to effectively communicate the brand value
Be inspired from leading designers in B2B or consumer technology products and apply their learnings to the user experience at RateGain
Hands on artwork creation for brochures, documents, standees, exhibition booth, e-marketing campaigns, decks, and other marketing collateral
Effectively manage multiple briefs at a time, prioritizing where necessary, providing updates where relevant, and allocating the work to other designers in the team
Work together as the whole marketing team to understand what designs perform better based on the data and brainstorm on the next creative concepts and ideas to be produced
Transfer key marketing initiatives into high-quality consumer facing visuals Constantly think outside of the box to inspire change with new testing ideas
Take initiatives to strengthen the value of design communicate effectively
MUST-HAVE:
At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
At least 1 years of Experience working on Consumer Tech / SaaS / New Age Tech / B2C products
Exposure and experience in building user experience journeys for websites
Strong work ethic, highly motivated and positive attitude organization skills and dedication to completing tasks/projects timely
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, MS office
GOOD-TO-HAVE:
Working knowledge of video editing, and HTML design, Javascript
