What we are looking to hire:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Specialist - Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations to join our team. The TA Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by managing various operational tasks related to recruiting, onboarding, data, and candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for optimizing processes to enhance the overall recruitment experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Operations & Onboarding Support:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting BGV, sharing updated trackers and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure new hires have access to necessary tools, systems, and training materials.
  • Managing all recruitment related technologies, reporting, vendor relationships and external partner organizations.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Compile and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports for management.
  • Lead and support special TA projects and initiatives to ensure business needs.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for process improvements and strategic recruitment initiatives.

  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities, including offer letters, contracts, and background check reports for audit.

  • Candidate Experience:
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and support.
  • Gather feedback from candidates to continually improve the recruitment experience and employer brand perception.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA Preferred)
  • 3- 8 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or TA/HR operations.
  • Impeccable attention to detail for delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software/tools (preferred).
  • Process-oriented (can find ways to improve/streamline processes).
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information.
  • Understanding of TA Functions / Policies / Compensation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
