Skills & Requirements:
· Serve as a billing subject matter expert for a particular Entity
· Generating invoices after validating the Master Service Agreements.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Implementation, Customer Success & Sales teams to ensure timely & accurate billing.
· Monitoring & responding to queries on a dedicated mailbox
· Preparation of Adhoc reports as requested by stakeholders.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience working in billing
· Strong attention to detail, quality of work is consistently clean
· Decent communication skills, including writing & speaking.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well in a fast paced environment.
· Prior experience in any accounting tool like Quickbooks, Netsuite or Microsoft Business Central.
· Willing to work extended hours during peak business periods - Financial close, audit periods and as required by management
