Exploring the Role: 
Director-People & Culture, who will drive Corporate HR & effective implementation of a variety of HR processes. This Incumbent will be wholly accountable for Leading HR Strategic initiatives, Business Partnering & Operations for Europe region and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

How will your day look like. You will 
  • Define, implement and continuously evolve the full range of RateGain employment-related policies & processes in a people-centric way, ensuring we offer a compelling and compliant people experience for RateGain.
  • Develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Plan and execute our ‘annual clock’ of people processes regarding performance, compensation & benefits.
  • Encourage team to recommend improvements focused on operational efficiency scalability and enhanced employee experience and provide these recommendations.
  • Working closely with the CHRO on key org wide projects. Measures, monitors and analyze project progress through metrics dashboard and regularly reports to management teams.
  • Partner and work closely with peers i.e Talent Acquisition Head, L&D Head, Regional HR Director across locations.
Skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to build solid relationships with global, regional and local stakeholders
  • Proven project management ability to drive initiatives and take them to logical conclusion.
