Responsibilities:
Need to monitor alerts through Nagios, SolarWinds, Google Stack driver, Site24x7, AppDynamics, Zabbix and Linux machines.
Required to take action on the alerts are per SOPs.
Need to run some specific SQL SPs and queries to manage/action alerts.
Deployment of bots in production.
Need to work in 24x7x365 environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of overall experience in Information Technology (IT)
- Experience in Application/Server monitoring Nagios/AppDynamics.
- Basic Knowledge in SQL (Specially Query writing).
- Basic knowledge of Linux.
- 2+ year experience in Alerts Monitoring related role.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Grafana.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on time.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Must be effective communicator
- Willing to learn new things
