ADARA is seeking a Product Operations Engineer to join the Product Operations team. As a Product Operations Engineer, you will own the configuration, development and delivery of the Adara Cortex Audiences to marketing platforms using Adara’s internal applications. In addition, you will be responsible for developing tools and dashboards to facilitate automation of repeatable work. The role also is responsible for monitoring and timely resolutions of the delivery platform non compliance of SLAs.
Responsibilities:
Configure and on-board new customers, delivery endpoints for Adara’s Cortex platform (DMP).
Curate Audiences based on Customer requirements using Adara proprietary APIs.
Deliver audiences to platforms to marketing platforms within SLAs outlined by the Adara policy.
Build dashboards and automation for tracking system, process and application issues to monitor and resolve issues within SLAs.
Troubleshoot application issues, resolve or escalate to engineering for timely resolution.
Requirements:
Have 3+ years of experience writing and deploying production code.
Strong ability to understand and translate customer needs into a solution design and implementation.
Proficient in SQL, and Python.
Proficient in cloud (GCP, AWS or Azure) and cloud technologies.
Strong communication skills.
